MERU, together with the local Raiffeisen organization, founded a company to develop and build retail, office and residential space in Neustifter Straße, Kirchberg am Wagram. The planned construction project will start in the first quarter of 2025. It will include a bank branch, a café, office and retail spaces, and 32 modern rental apartments.
